EHRRI has developed training programs to guide you and your staff through implementation and well beyond, helping you to take advantage of all the functions and features your new eClinicalWorks system offers. We also offer ongoing training to bring you up to speed on system upgrades, refresher courses to make sure you’re using the software to its full potential, and comprehensive training for new staff and physician hires.

Relevant user-specific curriculum
While some EHR skills apply to all users, distinct user groups such as front office staff, billing staff, medical assistants, and nurses and physicians, benefit from customized training designed specifically for them.

Group training is often an effective and affordable option for office and billing staff, while busy physicians and nurses find flexibly scheduled one-on-one sessions more productive. EHRRI does both. We offer on-site training, as well as classroom-style sessions at our conveniently located facility at One Davol Square in Providence.
